禁止行為が確認された場合は、サービスを中止し、ご退店いただくことがあります。

その際、料金の返金はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following acts are prohibited.
If these acts are observed, we may stop the service and ask you to leave without refund.

1.禁止行為 / Prohibited Acts

• 暴力・威嚇行為 / Violence or threats

• 泥酔状態でのご利用 / Excessive intoxication

• 他のお客様やスタッフへの迷惑行為  / Harassment or solicitation

• 器物破損（ビリヤード台・ダーツ機材・カラオケ機材・グラス類） / Damage to equipment or property

• 違法薬物の使用・持ち込み / Use or possession of illegal drugs

• 当店が不適切と判断する行為 / Any act deemed inappropriate by staff

 

2.ご利用制限 / Restrictions  ※以下に該当する方のご利用はお断りしております。​

• 18歳未満の方 / Under 18 years old

• 泥酔されている方 / Heavily intoxicated persons

• 当店の安全・衛生管理上、利用が不適切と判断された方 / Those deemed unsafe or unhygienic

• 違法薬物を使用している方 / Persons using illegal drugs

• スタッフの指示に従わない方 / Persons who refuse to follow staff instructions

 

3.カラオケ・ダーツ・ビリヤード利用 / Karaoke, Darts & Billiards

• 混雑時は順番にご利用ください / Please take turns during busy periods

• カラオケは大音量・長時間占有は禁止 / Excessive volume or monopolizing karaoke is prohibited

 

4.防犯・安全対策 / Security

• 店内は防犯カメラを設置しております / Security cameras are in operation

• トラブル防止のため、ルール遵守にご協力ください / Please cooperate with the rules for everyone’s safety

 

5.身分証確認 / ID Verification

• ご利用時にパスポート等の身分証を確認させていただく場合があります / ID or passport may be requested
